Terms and conditions of sale

These terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern all offers, bookings and purchases made on the Ancrage Coworking platform by any client, whether an individual or a representative of a legal entity.

Any booking or purchase implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

Creating a client account on the platform is free but requires providing accurate and up-to-date information, including a valid phone number, which is mandatory to complete registration.

Ancrage Coworking offers four plans: the Day pass (€30 incl. VAT / €25 excl. VAT), the 10-Day pack (€228 incl. VAT / €190 excl. VAT, 10 credits valid for 6 months), the monthly Resident desk (€298.80 incl. VAT / €249 excl. VAT, no commitment) and the Enterprise offer, from 6 to 24 desks, on a custom quote basis (contract established case by case according to the client's needs, with no fixed public price).

Prices are expressed in euros, excluding tax (excl. VAT) and including all taxes (incl. VAT), at the applicable French VAT rate (20% at the time of writing). Prices may be revised; the rate applicable is the one in effect at the time of booking.

The Enterprise offer is activated by Ancrage Coworking's administration following the signature of the quote and corresponding contract; the client company's representative then accesses, from their personal account, contract signature, invoices, and team member management.

The total capacity of the site is strictly limited to 24 workstations, across all booking types combined. No booking can be confirmed beyond this limit; the system enforces this cap automatically and atomically.

A day, pack, or subscription booking is only confirmed after effective online payment via our secure payment provider, Stripe. Ancrage Coworking does not store any bank card data.

For the Resident desk, payment is automatically charged each month to the client's registered payment method. For the Enterprise offer (6 to 24 desks), payment is made according to the terms set out in the contract, by card or bank transfer at the administration's discretion.

A client's first booking or purchase also requires their billing information (company registration number/SIRET, company name, address) to be complete; this is requested before payment is validated if not already provided.

Any booking (day, pack credit, meeting room slot) may be cancelled free of charge up to D-1 6pm before the reserved date. In this case, a credit note is issued automatically and/or the corresponding credit is refunded to the client's account.

After this deadline, the service remains due in full and no refund will be made, unless the administration decides otherwise.

The meeting room (8 people) can be booked in one-hour slots, within the quota included in the client's plan (0h for the Day pass, 1h for the 10-Day pack, 4h/month for the Resident desk, quota defined by contract for the Enterprise offer).

Each overage hour is billed at €15 excl. VAT (€18 incl. VAT), and payment is mandatory to confirm the slot booking.

Clients may subscribe to the following add-on options: daily electric vehicle charging (€15 excl. VAT / €18 incl. VAT) or a monthly flat rate per vehicle (€69 excl. VAT / €82.80 incl. VAT / month, including for company accounts, billed per vehicle and non-poolable).

In case of loss or damage of an access badge, replacement is charged €25 excl. VAT (€30 incl. VAT) for an office access badge and €25 excl. VAT (€30 incl. VAT) for a gate access badge.

Certain services (lockers, external screens, printing, scanning, provided computers) are not offered in V1. Others (payroll, accounting, administrative processing, business registration, business support) are planned for a later phase and available on request.

An invoice is automatically generated for each purchase or charge, uniquely and sequentially numbered, and downloadable in PDF format from the client's personal account.

In the event of a cancellation within the allowed timeframe, a corresponding credit note is issued and deducted from the next invoice or refunded according to the applicable terms.

In the event of a failed payment, the client receives an automatic reminder. If the situation is not resolved within 7 days, the client's access to the spaces and services may be suspended until the amounts due are paid in full.

The monthly Resident desk has no fixed term and may be terminated at any time, subject to one month's notice. The Enterprise offer (6 to 24 desks) is governed by the terms of the contract electronically signed between the parties.

Ancrage Coworking undertakes to provide spaces consistent with the website's description, subject to technical contingencies (temporary unavailability of charging stations, maintenance, force majeure).

Ancrage Coworking's liability cannot be engaged in the event of loss, theft or damage to personal belongings left in common areas.

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing that, the courts of La Rochelle shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.
