House rules
Last updated: 24 August 2026
1. Purpose
These house rules aim to define the rules of shared living within the Ancrage Coworking spaces, applicable to any user (client, collaborator, guest) while using the premises.
2. Access to the premises
Access to the premises is exclusively via a personal, named, non-transferable badge. It is forbidden to let an unauthorised third party in using one's own badge.
Access is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, within the limits of the client's booking (desk, meeting room) and compliance with these rules.
4. Use of the meeting room
The meeting room is booked exclusively by slot, within the quota included in the client's plan. Any overage hour must be paid in accordance with the T&Cs. The room must be vacated and tidied on time for the next booking.
5. Nuisances and behaviour
The following are prohibited: smoking (including e-cigarettes) in all indoor premises, consuming alcohol outside of events authorised by management, and any noisy, aggressive behaviour or behaviour disturbing the peace of other users.
6. Security
Each user agrees to comply with the safety instructions posted on site (emergency exits, fire equipment) and to immediately report any incident, malfunction, or dangerous situation to the Ancrage Coworking team.
7. Loss or theft of badge
Any loss, theft, or damage to a badge must be reported immediately. A replacement is billed at €25 excl. VAT (€30 incl. VAT) and can be ordered directly from the personal account area.
8. Electric vehicles
Use of the charging stations is reserved for vehicles declared as part of an active charging option (daily or monthly plan). Charging is not guaranteed in the event of charging station unavailability.
9. Breach of the rules
Any serious or repeated breach of these house rules may result, after a formal notice has gone unheeded, in the temporary suspension or termination of the user's access to the Ancrage Coworking spaces, without prejudice to any legal proceedings.
