We collect the following data: identity and contact details (first name, last name, email, phone number), account data (encrypted password, preferences), booking and billing data, data related to declared electric vehicles, and technical connection data (IP address, timestamps), notably as part of electronic contract signature.
- Identity: first name, last name, email, phone number
- Account: password (hashed, never stored in plain text), role, language preferences
- Billing: billing address, payment history (no bank card data is stored by our services — processing is delegated to Stripe)
- Bookings: history of desk and meeting room bookings
- Electronic signature: name entered, date/time, IP address and version of the signed contract
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is processed for: managing your account and bookings, invoicing and collection, sending service-related communications (confirmations, reminders, contractual information), improving our services, and complying with our legal and accounting obligations.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the performance of the contract concluded with you (booking, subscription), compliance with legal obligations (invoicing, accounting) and, for certain communications, your consent or our legitimate interest.
5. Data recipients
Your data may be shared with subprocessors strictly necessary to provide the service: payment provider (Stripe), email delivery provider, hosting provider (OVHcloud, Cloudflare). No data is sold to third parties for commercial purposes.
6. Data retention period
Account data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived in accordance with legal obligations (in particular accounting obligations, 10 years for invoices). Connection data is kept for a maximum of 1 year.
7. Your rights
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French data protection law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and port your data.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: password encryption, HTTPS connections, strict separation of production and pre-production environments, and logging of administrator access.
