Frequently asked questions about our plans
Yes, any day or slot booking can be cancelled free of charge until D-1 6pm. Past this deadline, the day or hour remains due. If cancelled on time, a credit note is generated automatically and can be used on your next booking.
You purchase 10 credits valid for 6 months from purchase. Each day booking uses 1 credit. If cancelled on time, the credit is refunded to your account.
No. The monthly subscription has no fixed term, with a 1-month notice period. Payment is automatically charged each month by card.
The Enterprise offer (from 6 to 24 desks, on a custom quote basis) gives access to a dedicated space for your team, with a company account allowing you to invite and manage your team, a meeting room quota defined by contract, and an electronically signed contract.
Each overage hour is billed €29 excl. VAT (€34.80 incl. VAT) and payment is mandatory to confirm the booking. You can cancel a slot until D-1 6pm for an automatic credit note.
